Booking Procedure
Reservation must be made direct to Treasure Travel and Tours
Co.,Ltd. Office in Yangon, Myanmar, fax +95-1-513288 (or) email to
reservation@treasure.com.mm Our Yangon office is
only entitled to offer the price and confirm the reservation.
Rates are quoted net in United States dollar and Treasure Travel
and Tours Co.,Ltd. reserve the right to change with or without
prior notice.
Payment
Advance payment of 30% must be made upon confirmation of the
program. Remaining balance must be made with 7 days prior to the
client's arrival. Payment to be made as per Treasure Travel and
Tours Co.,Ltd. instruction. Treasure Travel and Tours Co.,Ltd.
reserve the right to cancel reservations unless remittance reached
prior to the client's arrival. However some particular payment
terms may be negotiated upon request.
Rooming List
Client's full details together with rooming list to be provided
with in 14 days prior to the client's arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cacellation fees are calculated on the day written notification is
received. The penalty as follows:
Three weeks to 14 days prior to arrival 25% of the total invoice
Two weeks to 7 days prior to arrival 50% of the total invoice
Less than 7 days prior to arrival 100% of the total invoice
Complimentary
One complementary will be provided to tour leader every 15 full
paying members subject to a maximum limit of 2 complementary per
group. A 50% of adult fare will be charged for the children 11
years old sharing room with parent.
Responsibility
Treasure Travel and Tours Co.,Ltd acts as the agent for the person
in regard to travel by any mean of transportation and assume no
liability for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the person
including those occurring outside the touring programs. Therefore
Treasure Travel and Tour Co.,Ltd will accept no responsibilities
for losses or additional expenses due to accident, delay, sickness
weather, strike or other cause beyond its control. Participation
in the tour implies the person's agreement to the above
conditions. Treasure Travel and Tours Co.,Ltd. also reserve the
right to modify or reserve the original program in the interest of
the clients. It may substitute flights with train or coach service
when deemed necessary due to circumstance. However Treasure Travel
and Tours Co., Ltd. will make fullest possible endeavor to keep up
with the original program and arrangements as agreed upon.
Refund Policy
There shall be no refund after commencemetn of the service
includes in the program but not utilized by the clients.
Please Note:
The travel industry in Myanmar is in its infancy. Whilst the
freshness and novelty of tourism is in part the appeal to many
visitors, others might see it differently. It is important to
recognize that the level of service and standards in some areas,
whilst improving, are not yet comparable to more developed travel
destinations. In a developing tourist's destination as Myanmar,
there is always the possibility that circumstances beyond the
control of Treasure Travel & tours may necessitate some changes to
your progamme. Your patience and tolerance in such an event will
make your holiday a truly rewarding experience. |
