|Explore Treasure of Myanmar|
No land on earth has the same combination of the old custom and the new in line with the modernized facilities and hospitalities as Myanmar always has. Myanmar is known to our visitors as Golden Land with which you understand and agree after you have seen the Shwedagon Pagoda, the grand complex of stupas and temples around the main stupa that has been covered with layers and layers of gold leaf. The country has ethnic diversity, cultural diversity, and biodiversity in their respective geographical locations. Myanmar was isolated for more than three decades. The bright side of the isolation is that it has built up the potential of curiosity about this country, among the world travelers. “This is Burma, and it will be quite unlike any land you know about…” said Rudyard Kipling. What he said a century or so ago remains correct. Anyhow, the unchanged nature of Myanmar people has not become a primitive one; it has become unique with contended mind preserved by Buddhism instead.
