Booking Procedures

Once we receive the confirmation of the guest on the quotation, we’ll then send our Reservation Form which will be a formal listing of all services we will give you, and the complete details need for booking process.

Reservation & Confirmation

Once Agent receives a confirmation and Booking Form from guests through email, we’ll begin to book the tour/ hotel/ Transportation and flight. Treasure Travel will confirm room availability and send details for payment by email. An Invoice Payment will be sent and request your deposit or full amount at that time. Please take note of the deadline for payment. Guest’s reservation will be automatically cancelled if not paid within the prescribed period.

Program Changes

All tour itineraries are prearranged and, in the case of standard group tour plans, no programmed changes or modifications can be made Treasure Travel  reserves the right to rearrange the order of any tour itinerary, to cancel or substitute elements of any tour plan, without notice, when local conditions requires such changes. All itineraries are subject to change depending on confirmed flights.


We require non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total price upon confirmation into our Bank account and with the balance to be paid upon before the deadline given, EXCEPT for tour packages that are on BOOK AND BUY BASIS status. For bookings less than 14days, full payment is required. For flight booking and promotion packages that are under BOOK AND BUY, full payment is required for confirmation.


Cancellation will be effective from the day which the written notice is received. All confirmed booking will be cancel; we would like to collect 30% of total invoice amount for Cancellation charges.
Cancellation fees are sorrowfully charged as follows;
Within 45-30 days prior the arrival date 50% is non refundable
Within 30-15 days prior the arrival date 75 % of total invoice amount
Less than 15 days prior the arrival date 100% of total invoice amount


Treasure Travel & Tour doesn’t bear the responsibility for any case of delay during your tour itinerary/ changes of the time-table of international transportation, for losses of baggage, document and money and other incidents. However, Treasure Travels & Tours wouldn’t be reasonability the problem during stay in Hotel. If you take all ground service for us, we have a duty for the people in the group for reliability of the need information which is connected with ground service.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger’s responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling inside of the Myanmar. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. Treasure Travels & Torus, strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour; including the loss of deposits through cancellation, lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.

Passenger Responsibility

Passenger has read the above terms and conditions and agrees to each of them. Passengers hereby warrant that they fully understand each of them.
Specifically passenger understands that should he/she cancel their trip for any reason, passenger will be charged the cancellation fee set out in the ‘ Cancellations & Refunds’ section.

Special Request

You must advise the Company in writing of any special requests; e.g. facility or physical handicap, when you submit your reservation request to the Company. The Company will meet such requests, if possible.
